If you encounter an issue where Sonar loads indefinitely (but the table does contain data), the cause may be related to the definition of the main parameters - Segmentation and/or Distance.
These 2 parameters are the ones that are used to "draw" the sonar, and Infinite loading means drawing of the sonar fails.
For example: the distance is based on # of votes and none of the ideas has votes.
To resolve this issue, you can contact Qmarkets support and we would update the segmentation fields to such that always contain data - like state or campaign.
Please note that this behavior may only occur when the data that is displayed in the sonar is filtered. In such cases, you can either change the segmentation settings or adjust the filters accordingly.
