Funnel:
The funnel feature presents statistics based on the state ideas were transitioned from.
Sometimes you might notice numbers in the funnel don't match the system data, that can be caused by any of the below reasons:
1) Ideas moved from draft (which does not displayed in the funnel) directly to one the external states (this action can be done by the campaign manager/ sysadmin).
2) Ideas moved from a state that is currently disabled to one of the external states (disabled states are not displayed in the funnel).
3) Ideas were in one of the external states and were moved to another not external state.
4) In a specific case, it might be that an idea moved from "Clarification" to "Closed" --> there will be no transition indication to state "clarification", but there will be 1 idea in state "Closed".

Campaign's Ideas Management report
In each campaign, there is an Ideas Management report that shows the ideas in this campaign. The ideas are separated to "In process" and "External" ('Closed' & 'Deleted').
Homepage KPIs:
The KPIs that are displayed on the homepage can be adjusted for the subsystem settings.
On the home page we can see Idea entering state groups and other data on the system activities such as comments, u and votes.
Ideas distribution report:
This report shows the distribution of all submitted ideas, grouped by two criteria.
The number displayed in the report refers to submitted ideas, without considering their current status.
