Sometimes, when you don't close or save a change in the self-admin settings, you may find that you can't access your workflow or submission form.
This issue occurs on rare occasions when there is an unsaved change in the settings and the screen is closed.
The workaround is to click on either the "Features Settings" or "Role Manager" buttons to trigger a save request.
