Within the funnel, external state statistics are shown on the side based on the state they were transitioned from. Each external state number corresponds to the workflow state it transitioned from.
The bottom of the funnel shows the total of each external state. However, these numbers also include when an idea transitioned from one external state to another (on hold/duplicate to closed, for example). Since the transition from one external state to another is not shown in the regular funnel, the numbers at the bottom of the funnel may be greater than to total sum of the numbers on the side of the funnel.
The columns on the right side of the funnel are automatically added from the first three numeric fields listed in the site. These columns are automatically populated by the site and cannot be removed.
