When creating a new feature, selected fields can be automatically populated with values from the parent idea or project. This eliminates the need for users to manually re-enter information that already exists on the parent entity, improving efficiency and data consistency.
Common use cases include:
Maintaining the same categorization across both the parent entity and the feature.
Automatically copying business-related information, such as expected budget, department, or other relevant fields.
Ensuring key data is consistently available across all related entities.
