Email Logs Retention in the System Print

The default retention period is 30 days. After this period, email log entries are automatically removed from the system.

Navigate through Self-Admin to the Recent Mail Log Entries screen.

Here you can review emails sent from the system.

Important Notes:

If a user is unable to find an email log for a specific idea, it may be due to the expiration of the log retention period.
