Disable Workflow States per Tenant

Tenant administrators can use this premium feature to disable workflow states for all campaigns within their tenant. Campaign managers cannot enable states that have been disabled by the tenant administrator, ensuring consistent workflow control.

Advanced Permissions

This feature provides advanced control over permissions for subsystem features and submission fields by setting visibility for specific roles. 

Advanced Workflow Settings

This capability allows the same fields to be edited across multiple workflow states, providing flexibility and consistency in managing workflow transitions and updates.

Automatic Assignment Based on Interconnectivity

This feature enables the automatic assignment of users based on their interconnected content. For instance, if subsystems X and Y are interconnected, and subsystem X includes a company node where the submitter adds co-authors as company employees, any idea submitted on subsystem Y by either the submitter or the co-authors will automatically assign all the company employees from the interconnected subsystem X as idea co-authors.

Allow Inviting External Users by Email

This feature allows the invitation of external users via email, facilitating collaboration with individuals outside the organization and expanding the pool of contributors.

Enable AI Modules

This feature allows you to activate AI modules on the system, with the flexibility to select specific modules for each subsystem.

SMS Service

This feature enables integration with SMS service providers for sending notifications and supporting multi-factor authentication (MFA).
