In this article, we'll guide you through the process of checking recent mail log entries, helping you monitor and inspect the delivery status of your emails, and even viewing the emails themselves.


  1. Navigate to System Admin Settings:
    Begin by accessing the System Admin Settings from the main menu.
     


  2. Under the "System Logs" section, find and click on "Recent Mail Log Entries." This will take you to a detailed table containing information about the status of your sent emails.

  3. The page will display a list of all mails that were sent from the system, with relevant information such as the recipients' names and emails, the sender's email address, the status and more.

    The list can be filtered by various parameters such as the email type, the recipient and more.
    Clicking the Email subject will allow you to view the email that was sent.
