If you have multiple user types (ex.: Internal SSO and External Visitors), you can configure a welcome screen to give all users an easy to navigate landing page.
The page can be configured with a background image, welcome text, and selection options for each of the user types defined. Changes to the welcome page can be submitted to the Support team for processing. If interested, please include the following information as well as all relevant translations in your request.
- Background image (min 1400px wide, 2x1 ratio)
- Welcome page title (<45 chars)
- Welcome page description (approx. 300 characters)
- User Type 1 label (approx. 15-20 chars)
- User Type 1 description (approx. 60-70 chars)
- User Type 2 label (approx. 15-20 chars)
- User Type 2 description (approx. 60-70 chars)
Add user type labels and descriptions as needed to reflect your system's setup.

- This page is only presented when the user visits the plain URL of your site (ex. community.qmarkets.net)
- Users visiting your site with a qualified link (ex: https://community.qmarkets.net/home_sub_sys_4514?qmzn=YEbiWL) bypass the welcome screen completely
