If you'd like to edit your email notifications, you must first ensure the core language reflects the content you need. Please see How to configure workflow notifications to learn how to configure core language emails.


For multilingual systems, emails need to be translated to ensure all languages are supported. Otherwise, all your users, regardless of their defined language, will receive notifications in English (or whatever core language was defined). 


Select "Translation" in the subsystem settings.



Click "Emails". Use the pencil icon to edit the text of the Subject and Body of the message.



The variable strings located in the message should not be translated.
