Sysadmins can add or edit FAQ items by visiting their site's FAQ page located under their profile icon. 


1. Click your Profile Icon and select the FAQ option



2. To add an FAQ, click "Add FAQ Item"



4. Here you can create the Question, Answer, and select the FAQ Category it should be grouped under



5. These  are the out-of-the-box categories


To Add/change the categories, fo to the system setting from the main menu, and then to "Categories"


From here, edit existing categories or add a new one.


The categories can be defined in all relevant languages,





6. To edit an FAQ, click the settings button on the right side and click "Edit"



7. The existing text can be edited in both the Question and Answer fields. 


7. Entering FAQs in additional languages.
This can currently supported only by Qmarkets team.
