Collaboration is one of the key strengths of any innovation program. It enables users to contribute their knowledge and experience, enrich existing ideas, helping ideas develop and progress further, supporting educated decision making and more.
There are three main ways users can collaborate on ideas:
1. Vote on Ideas
Voting enables users to express their support for ideas they believe in.
The voting widget is available on the idea page, and its type may vary depending on the system configuration and the campaign creator preference.
A higher average vote can help identify ideas that receive stronger support from the community.

There is also a way to vote from many other places when users see ideas like, for example, the homepage:
Make sure you are familiar with the idea before taking action :-)...
2. Comment on Ideas
Comments allow users to share knowledge, provide additional information, ask questions, and contribute to the development of an idea.
From the Comments section on the idea page, users can view comments submitted by other users, reply to existing comments, vote on existing comments, and add a new comment.
When adding a comment, it is recommended to tag relevant colleagues when their input may be useful.
There is also an option to add a comment from the top section of the idea.

3. Request to Join the Team
If a user believes they can contribute directly to an idea, they can request to join the idea's team and help develop it further.
When submitting the request, the user may be asked to explain why they would like to join the team and provide relevant details about their experience or motivation.
Depending on the system configuration, the request may be approved automatically or manually by the idea's submitters.
