The evaluation sessions are crucial for a successful innovation process, and the review committee members' corporation is a must for having an effective and productive evaluation.
There are several ways to communicate with Review Committee members, regardless of how the review committee members selected.
Automatic email when the session is enabled
When a Review Committee session is activated, the “RC session is activated” email is automatically sent to the relevant Review Committee members, whether they are selected individually or by Role.
Sending this email can be de-activated.
The email notifies the evaluators that the session has been activated and includes a link to the page where they can rate/evaluate the relevant ideas.
The subject and content of the email are maintained by the Qmarkets team.
Ad-hoc bulk email
Campaign managers can also manually send an ad-hoc bulk email to the relevant users, as explained in this article or in this video.
Workflow based emails
