By default, the end results of the evaluation sessions are visible to all users, however the sysadmin can easily change it via the setting per evaluation session.

The results are displayed in 2 places:

  • In case there is an active session it is displayed on the top


  • All session results are also displayed on the bottom of the page:



The detailed results (who voted how and when) are displayed anyway only the campaign managers and moderators as explained here.



Changing the setting is done via the setting screen of each session:  Subsystem Setting ->Workflow -> Features settings ->and then pick the relevant session.



The visibility setting is on the bottom:


The default setting can be changed as needed and limit the visibility to specific roles.

Notes:

- The moderators, state owners of the current state, and authors will always have access to the idea

- The Authenticated users option is relevant only for Open systems (i.e subsystems that are accessible for anonymous users_

- The Internal users option is relevant only for system that are open also for external users

- The Power Viewers and Low-level roles definition is an advanced configuration package. Contact your CSM if relevant.
