Setting the right submission form is crucial in order to make sure you collect all needed info from your submitter, while providing the relevant guidance and assuring an optimal user experience.

The submission form can be adjusted per campaign by the campaign creator/managers as explain in this tutorial (starting min 2:14). In addition, they can define campaign specific categories as explain in min 3:42).
