In this course you can learn anything you need to know in order to run define and run effective evaluation session in your campaign: from creation, via controlling and management, and of course reporting and analysis.
The main steps for having a successful session are list below.
- Choose the evaluation method
Decide which method best fits your evaluation process: Scorecard, Token Voting, or Tournament. You can find a detailed explanation of each method and when to use it below. - Configure the evaluation
Define the relevant criteria and scoring rules for a Scorecard or configure the token/voting rules for Token Voting or Tournament. - Set the Review Committee members
Define who will participate in the evaluation by assigning specific users or users by role. - Activate the Review Committee session
Once the configuration and committee members are ready PLUS all relevant ideas/entities are in the relevant states, activate the session to make it available to the evaluators, and that they are notified and have personal rating tasks.
In case it is needed, please share with them the "How to rate" instructions. - Track results and analyze the evaluation
Monitor the session and review the results once evaluations are submitted. - De-activate the session

Token voting allows for your review committee to rate ideas quickly. This session type is great for comparing ideas against each other.
Your review committee will need to compare each idea and determine which ideas they’d like to put more tokens into.
The tokens can be virtual or physical currency. - Tournament - watch this tutorial
This method is very valuable if you have a lot of ideas but also a big crowd to participate.
Users are presented with two ideas at a time and must choose between them. Ideas are shown in random pairs to ensure even exposure. An algorithm calculates a score (1-100) for each idea. Results are displayed in real time and can be exported to Excel.
