The system's Mail Log is being kept for XX days.

It can be accessed on a system level by the system admins/tenant admins via the setting page.

In addition, per idea it can be accessed also by the campaigns manager from the History & Revision session on the bottom of the idea page.

If more than XX days have passed since the last email, the tab will be empty.
This doesn't mean that emails were not sent from the idea.
