The IT onboarding is in important phase in the Onboarding processes of a new customer and handles the below topics.
1. Setting the Domain - mandatory
1.1 Customer deciding what will be the domain name
1.2 Setting the SSL certificate
1.3 Setting the CNAME record
2. Deciding what will be the User Authentication method.
The options are:
- SSO - recommended
- username & password
- Via Social authentication (facebook/linkedin)
Note: multiple methods can be enabled. If needed, please inform your CSM
3. Deciding what will be the User Provisioning method.
The options are:
- SCIM - recommended
- Users’ CSV file upload
- Just-in-time
- Self-registration

4. Deciding what will be the Outgoing email address
- Default is [email protected]
- If choosing to use another email address domain, there are 2 options:
- Qmarkets sends emails from the system on customer's behalf.
- Qmarkets connects to the customer's SMTP and sends emails from there.
