If you need to change the author of an idea, follow these steps:

  1. Enable "Change author to" Field:

    • Go to the submission wizard.
    • Enable the "Change author to" field. 

  2. Access the Campaign:

    • Navigate to the desired campaign.
    • Click on "Campaign Management" and then "Edit Campaign."

  3. Edit Submission Form:

    • Choose step 4 - "Submission Form"
    • Click on "Add fields."
    • In the right table, find the "Change Author to" field. Drag it to the left table and click "Apply Changes."

  4. Change the Author:

    • Go back to the idea.
    • Click "Edit."
    • You will now be able to change the author.
