Here you can submit tickets with questions or report any issues you might encounter in the Qmarkets system.

In addition, you are also welcome to explore our vast knowledge base center, that contains dozens of helpful articles and tutorials.


We welcome you to suggest additional articles that might be missing.

Support Tickets can be opened from the portal as well as by sending an email to [email protected] but doing from the portal have some advantages on which we will explain below.

So... How does it work? 

Tickets should be opened by yourself as system administrators. 

You can track any tickets’ status and progress submitted by you or your team by logging in to the support portal. 

In case there is a need to grant permission to open support tickets to additional members, please discuss this with your customer success manager.



We would like to share with you some guidelines for opening a support ticket.

These guidelines are aimed assuring you will get the best response in the fastest time.


In case of asking a question, please try to describe what it is that you are trying to achieve, and not only what answer you are looking for.

In case of reporting a problem (yes... this can happen..), please always provide as much information and details as possible to assist us in our investigation:

• Description of the issue and steps to reproduce.

• Link to the relevant page / Link or number of the user/s the issue occurred to.

• Screenshot/s or short video capturing the steps done (if possible).

• Error message/s invoked (if existing)

• Do you believe it’s a new problem?

• Does the issue occur to a specific user or is it generic?


In addition, please mention the urgency of the ticket, and if it’s blocking any planned activity. If you are reporting the ticket from the portal, there is a specific field for this.
