When setting your Review Committee team, there are 2 main options: selecting users manually that will be able to evaluate all ideas, or to assign review members based on a category within the idea. The review task will only be given to the review committee members who are assigned to the category, and they will be assigned to review ideas specific to their category.
Manually users selection:
When setting your RC team, choose "Select User" option and manually add all relevant users.
The selected users will be able to evaluate all ideas.
Category selection:
First, you will need to create a role and set the Assignment Method to "By Campaign Category"
Second, from within a campaign menu, select Auto Assignment. Then select the option "Campaign Assignment Page" next to the created role.
Here you can assign users per each category within the campaign.
Lastly, within the Review Committee options, set the field "Select Subsystem roles" to the newly created role. The users assigned within the previous category selection will then be assigned to review ideas specific to their category.
