Once Interconnectivity is configured by your CSM and integrated into the workflow, you can establish connections between entities like ideas, campaigns, and projects across different subsystems.
On an idea page, click the + icon in the interconnectivity section:
A menu will appear, indicating the available content types and their respective subsystems. Choose the desired content type, such as Ideas or Campaigns.
To find relevant content, enter the corresponding text into the search bar. The results will display content related to the entered text. You can choose single or multiple contents, and apply filters such as states, idea topics, project types, and close reasons.
Selecting the "Connect and close" option enables you to automatically establish the desired connection within the relationship.
