When an idea is deleted, it remains in the system, but is no longer visible to normal users. Deleted ideas appear only to the Admin user.
Deleted ideas also continue to be included in your All Campaign Data and All Data reports.

- check in the history/workflow widget from what state it moved to deleted
- move it b
