The random campaign allows users to submit ideas that do not fit a specific permissioned campaign. Permanent campaigns are listed only on the home page and are available to all active users.


As with all active campaigns, changes are limited. If changes extend beyond the campaign name, question, and additional info section, please discuss options with your Customer Success Manager. 


Click "Campaigns" in the Subsystem settings.



Click "Click Here to configure the Permanent Campaign".



Editing is advised in only the "Title-URL-Author" and "Question" sections.



When editing the "Campaign Name", be aware the "Campaign URL" will automatically change with it. Copy the URL address before changing the campaign name, and re-paste it into the Domain field to retain the previous URL.



"Campaign Question" and "Additional Information" can be freely changed.
