Confidential submissions are ideas that only moderators (campaign managers and idea managers) and users that are assigned to the submission (as state owners, experts etc.) will be able to view.
Submitting a confidential idea:
You can set the idea as confidential by clicking the "Is Confidential?" box at the bottom of the submission form.
Please note that confidential ideas cannot be commented or voted on due to the fact they are hidden from the audience.
The campaign creator/managers can decide whether or no confidential submissions will be allowed in their campaigns.
