The campaign audience is the group of users who have access to the campaign.
Only once users have access to the campaign, they can submit ideas, collaborate and more based on the campaign state and other settings.
By default, all users that have access to the subsystem and tenant, will have access to the campaigns under it, but in some cases, there is a need to limit the audience.
This article explains hoe the audience can be easily configured by the campaign managers, sysadmins, subsystem admins and tenant admins
Please note that if you change the campaign audience criteria once there already ideas in the campaign, users that submitted ideas to this campaign, or defined as stakeholder will still have access to it, regardless of the new criteria.

To define the audience of a specific campaign just follow the below steps:
- Open it and then click "Edit" button OR look for the "Edit Campaign" option on the menu.

- Select "Step 7 of 8 - Audience".
Use the relevant audience setting method:
- "Invite all active system users"
Allows all users within the subsystem and tenant to access the campaign.
Or
"Manually define Audience for the campaign" will allow you to select specific group of users and/or users as the audience.
4. In case you use the second option, you can define the audience in a few options to do it:
Option 1:
Select Profile Criteria allows you to select groups of users based of criteria within their profile fields.

Note you can define any and/or combination between the different profiler fields.
For example:
Here the users that can access the campaign are the ones that their country is Austria, Germany or Israel AND their department is HR or IT.

Note that if you define 2 criteria or more, the condition between the criteria will be OR:
It will then look like this:
Option 2:
Add the Profile Criteria as a list allows you to add a list of profile field values that will be present in all audience members. Up to 200 users can be added at once.


Option 3:
Invite Specific Users by selecting individual users by their names or profile information OR by inserting their emails/usernames.
