Every task in the system has a due date, which is displayed in the personal "My Tasks" list and on various tracking pages throughout the system.
The due date for a task can be determined based on its type or set according to the system's default configuration (X days from task creation).
- Moderation Tasks (for state owners): The due date can be defined within the state settings by assigning one of the prerequisite date fields of that state as the "state due date."
The due date can also be "no due date", and then the tasks will be created by their creation date.
How the due date it set?
The date field can be filled by the state owner that moved the idea to the current state OR automatically.
It case there is a definition of a default due date/no due date, per the sysadmin/subsystem admin it can be defined that the state owner will to be able to change the due date. - Rating Tasks (for evaluators): The due date can be set individually for each RC session.
- Feature Tasks (for owners such as experts, risk managers, or task owners): The due date can be defined within the feature settings.
The system default can be changed only by Qmarkets team.
