Qmarkets allows you to anonymize users that are blocked within your system. This action will allow you maintain the content a user has created, while also complying with the Data Protection Legislation regulations and the GDPR.

1. Within your Settings menu, under “Users Management”, select “User Privacy”


2. The “default fields” will list what information the system will anonymize by default


3. The "Anonymized" option must be selected for the system to enable this process


4. "Anonymized Profile Fields" will allow you to select additional information from within the profile to anonymize


5. The "Anonymization Scheduler" allows you to customize how soon a user’s account will become anonymized        after being blocked and when the anonymized data will be completely deleted.

    If 14 days selected, after 2 weeks you would will see in the system the name of the blocked users like this : John Doe  while simple users will see it as “anonymous”.


 After the data is anonymized, it can not be restored
