Based on many inputs and requirements of our clients, using MS Teams for collaboration on a daily basis, Qmarkets has come up with a custom MS Teams integration.


Supported use cases

  1. Connecting a MS Teams channel to a Qmarkets campaign.
    This enables:
    1. Sending custom notifications from Qmarkets to the MS Teams channel, based on
      1. Idea submissions
      2. State changes
    2. Submit ideas from within the MS Teams channel directly to the Qmarkets campaign.
      This is being done pulling the submission from within Teams with all relevant fields and authentication via Azure Object ID.

      Requirements
      1. Azure Object ID for each user within Qmarkets (either via automated CSV File, SCIM integration or manual update)
      2. Permissions to use Webhooks in channels
      3. Permissions to use custom apps

  2. Qmarkets App in MS Team-
    Embedding Qmarkets into MS Teams, enabling working in the Qmarkets' platform directly from within Teams. This will be available as an APP from Microsoft's store.
