First, we need to understand which users have the privilege to participate in a RC session of a specific campaign.
When creating a Review Committee, you can assign specific users that will take part of the reviewing process.
The different method of doing it are explained here.
In addition to those users you have assigned there are "Admin" users that will always have access to the RC:
- Sysadmins can access the RC interface of any campaign and any subsystem.
- Tenant admins/Subsystems admins in all campaigns in their tenant/subsystem.
- Campaign manager can access the RC interface of any campaign he created.
This is a system set up and it cannot be changed.
When you go to the "Rating Status By Reviewer" page, you will see how are the users that were assigned (their type will be either "RC Team" or the name of the relevant role.
The Type "Admin" will refer to those users that could rate due to their role on the campaign/system/subsystem/tenant level as explained above.
Note that they will be included in the list ONLY if rated at least one idea.
