When setting the confidential and anonymous status from the Subsystem Settings, the settings will NOT affect existing campaigns. The configuration of existing campaigns for anonymous and confidential ideas is set at the campaign level. Therefore, if, despite configuring all campaigns to have anonymous and confidential ideas, some remain unchanged, you will need to adjust the setting at the campaign level for those specific campaigns. This must be done at the low level and is not sufficient to do so at the high level.
