When submitting a ticket, please help us process it more efficiently by providing as much detail as possible. When applicable, please make sure to include:

  • short description of the issue
  • which user reported the issue
  • notated screen shots of the problem or error message
  • links to the idea, campaign, etc.
  • which subsystem/tenant if relevant
  • any attachments if relevant


By providing us sufficient background to understand the issue, we can quickly recreate the issue to ensure faster resolution or know who to forward it to if 2nd level support is required.


If the issue is urgent, please update status directly in portal to ensure it is properly tagged as such.
